a. general information

1. What is MarketingSherpa?
   The MarketingMonitor newsletter is a weekly plain text email that brings readers news and comment, case studies and interviews on the latest online and integrated marketing campaigns.

2. Other marketing resources
   There are several other useful bits and pieces on the Chinwag site aside from MarketingMonitor. The uk-netmarketing list pages have many useful links such as the books list, and the links section plus we're building a company directory

3. Sponsorship on the list
   The newsletter is open to sponsors. It's a great opportunity to reach a very specific audience. Interested? drop us an email for more info.

4. Can I post to the list?
   The lists is an announcement list only so you can only receive mails from the list.

5. What if I would like to submit a story or case study for the newsletter?
   We're keen to hear from agencies or companies with tales to tell. Just drop an email to the editor.

1. How many emails will I receive from the list?
   The MarketingMonitor newsletter is published weekly so that's... one a week.

2. Does it cost me?
   Nope, subscribing to MarketingMonitor will cost you nothing. All we ask is that you let us know if we can improve the newsletter in any way. If you have any ideas, please contact us.

3. What if I experience problems using the list?
   Contact help@chinwag.com with problems, queries or suggestions or click on the help links to get more details on a specific topic.

d. ending and changing subscriptions

1. What if I change my email address?
   You should unsubscribe your old address and subscribe with the new address using the subscribe form. See the next point if you're not sure how to unsubscribe.

2. What if I want to unsubscribe?
   Unsubscribing is easy to do. In every email you receive from the list there is link at the foot of the text - click on this to unsubscribe. Or you can send an email to leave-marketingmonitor@lists.chinwag.com. If all else fails, you can send a message to help@chinwag.com. But things shouldn't go that far.
