You can use the unsubscribe link that is found at the bottom of every email sent to you from the uk-comedy list.

send a blank email to unsubscribe-uk-comedy@chinwag.com. Remember to send it from the address under which you subscribed to the list.

If you can't remember which email address you used to subscribe to the mailing list, use the which lists? function to find out which lists your email address is listed on.
